Mugolio Pine Cone Bud Syrup

Made from wild foraged pine cone buds.  This syrup is cooked to a caramel color, and has woodsy, honeyed, deep caramel notes.  It will make any dessert special, we particularly like it over ice cream , and panna cotta.
